About ZBH Tech
An AI consulting practice for businesses too small to hire an AI team and too busy to build one themselves.
Who runs it
ZBH Tech was founded by Jesse Jensen, on the back of more than twenty years in consulting services and enterprise implementation. The work has been the platforms large organizations run on: the core Microsoft 365 services — identity, email, collaboration, security, and governance — alongside Google Workspace and the AI tooling now arriving on top of both. Delivered at the scale of very large enterprises, under real governance and least-privilege constraints — the kind of work that comes with a change advisory board attached.
We also build automation that has to survive contact with the real world — field-deployed controllers that run unattended through power cuts, weather, and a season of daily use, where "just restart it" is not an available answer.
Both halves inform what ZBH Tech does. Enterprise work taught us how to scope access properly, document a process so someone else can run it, and roll out a change without breaking the business. Field work taught us that a system nobody can maintain is a system that stops working the moment you leave.
How we work
Senior people, start to finish. You work directly with whoever is building your workflows — there is no account manager between you and the implementation, and nothing gets handed off to a junior team after the sale.
Nothing we build depends on us staying. Workflows run inside your own accounts, on your own data, with credentials isolated per client — there is no ZBH Tech server sitting in the path that could go down. Every engagement ships with written documentation of how the system works and how to fix it, plus training for whoever operates it day to day. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, your workflows would keep running and your team would have what it needs to change them. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
Who we work with
The overwhelmed owner
1–5 people. You are doing everything manually and there are no systems yet.
The growing mid-market
25–100 people. Manual processes are breaking and you need to scale without enterprise cost.
The professional firm
10–50 people in law, accounting, medicine, or consulting. Compliance matters and risk tolerance is low.
The operations manager
50–200 people. You own efficiency and need documented, measurable process improvement.
