We write the workflow spec: inputs, outputs, who touches it, what happens when it is wrong. You approve before anything gets built. Fixed scope, fixed setup fee.

Build
Implementation in weeks, not months. Workflows run in your own accounts, on your own data, with credentials isolated per client. Nothing gets pooled with another customer.

Hand off
Your team gets trained on the workflow, plus written documentation of how it works and how to fix it. You are not locked in to us to keep it running.

Optimize
The monthly retainer covers tuning, new buildouts as needs emerge, quarterly strategy review, and training for anyone who joins. Workflows improve instead of decaying.
How we handle your data
Every client gets isolated infrastructure — separate automation instances, separate credentials, separate storage. Offboarding is a deletion, not an audit. We do not train models on your data and we do not pool client data for any purpose.
